3DOrgan.com is a static informational website. It does not require an account, does not sell anything, and collects as little as it can. This page explains exactly what happens when you visit.
What this site collects directly
Nothing that identifies you. There is no login, no account, no newsletter database and no advertising system on this site. We do not set tracking cookies of our own.
As with any website, the hosting server records standard technical request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, referring page and browser user-agent string. These are generated by the web server itself, are used only for security and troubleshooting, and are not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you.
The contact form
The contact form on this site does not transmit anything to us. When you press send, your browser assembles the text you typed into a draft message and opens it in your own email application. Nothing is stored on this website and nothing is submitted to a server.
If you then choose to send that email, we receive it in the ordinary way and keep it for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Third-party services
Three external services are involved in delivering this site. Each one receives your IP address, because that is unavoidable when your browser requests a file from another server.
| Service | Why it is used | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Google Fonts | Serves the Montserrat typeface used across the site. | Your IP address and browser details when the font file is requested. |
| YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) | The explainer video embedded on the home page. | Nothing until you press play. The embed uses youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set tracking cookies for viewing-behaviour profiling unless the video is played. |
| News feed endpoint | Fetches the headlines shown in the news section. | Your IP address when your browser requests the feed. No personal data is sent with the request. |
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that information, and we have no control over it.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser's local storage. Playing the embedded video may cause YouTube to set cookies under its own policy.
External links
This site links to company websites, research institutions and news sources. Once you follow
such a link you are on someone else's site, subject to their privacy practices, not ours.
Company links in the directory are marked nofollow and represent no commercial
relationship.
Children
This site is a general-audience educational resource and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Your rights
Because this site holds no personal data about visitors, there is generally nothing to access, correct or erase. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, ask and it will be deleted.
Depending on where you live, data-protection law such as the GDPR or the KVKK may give you rights over any personal data an organisation holds about you. To exercise those rights in relation to this site, write to info@databiyo.com.
Changes to this policy
If analytics, advertising or any other data-collecting service is added to this site in future, this page will be updated before or at the same time. The review date at the foot of the page shows when it was last checked.
