3DOrgan.com is a static informational website. It does not require an account, does not sell anything, and collects as little as it can. This page explains exactly what happens when you visit.
What this site collects directly
Nothing that identifies you. There is no login, no account, no newsletter database and no advertising system on this site.
As with any website, the hosting server records standard technical request logs — IP address, timestamp, requested page, referring page and browser user-agent string. These are generated by the web server itself, are used only for security and troubleshooting, and are not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you.
Analytics and your choice
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It is used for nothing else: there is no advertising, no remarketing, no profiling and no sale of data.
Nothing is stored until you agree
Analytics storage is switched off by default. On your first visit a notice appears at the foot of the page asking whether you accept. Until you press Accept, Google Analytics writes no cookie and no identifier to your device. If you press Decline, or simply ignore the notice, it never does.
This is implemented with Google Consent Mode. If you decline, Google still receives an
anonymous, cookieless signal that a page was viewed — it contains no identifier and
cannot be linked to you or to any previous visit. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its
own cookies (typically _ga and _ga_<id>) to recognise a
returning browser. These normally expire after about two years.
What Google Analytics receives in either case: the page you viewed, the page that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address (country or city level, not a precise position), and general device and browser information. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses.
Changing your mind
Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage under the key
3dorgan-consent. This single item is what makes the preference stick, and it
is stored whichever way you choose. To change your decision at any time, use the
Cookie settings link at the foot of any page. Clearing your browser
storage for this site also resets the choice, and the notice will appear again.
You can additionally install Google's own opt-out browser add-on, which blocks Google Analytics across every site you visit.
The contact form
The contact form on this site does not transmit anything to us. When you press send, your browser assembles the text you typed into a draft message and opens it in your own email application. Nothing is stored on this website and nothing is submitted to a server.
If you then choose to send that email, we receive it in the ordinary way and keep it for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
Third-party services
Three external services are involved in delivering this site. Each one receives your IP address, because that is unavoidable when your browser requests a file from another server.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that information, and we have no control over it.

That is the complete list. This site sets no advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind.

Company links in the directory are marked nofollow and represent no commercial
relationship.
Children
This site is a general-audience educational resource and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis for analytics is your consent, given through the notice described above and withdrawable at any time. The legal basis for the server's technical request logs is our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure. Under Turkish law (KVKK), the same consent governs analytics processing.
Your rights
This site holds no account, name or contact record for visitors, so in most cases there is nothing to access, correct or erase. Where you have given analytics consent, the data Google Analytics holds is not linked to your name and we cannot identify you from it.
Depending on where you live, data-protection law such as the GDPR or the KVKK gives you the right to access, correct, erase or object to the processing of personal data about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. The quickest way to withdraw analytics consent is the Cookie settings link at the foot of any page. For anything else, or if you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to info@databiyo.com.
International transfers
Google Analytics is operated by Google, which processes data on servers in several countries including the United States. Google states that it relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses for such transfers. If you decline analytics, no analytics identifier leaves your browser at all.
Changes to this policy
If advertising or any further data-collecting service is added to this site in future, this page will be updated before or at the same time. The review date at the foot of the page shows when it was last checked.
